Traditionally a lawyer represents you throughout the entire divorce process. Lawyers in Florida are permitted to offer "unbundled legal services," which means you can hire an attorney for only part of your case. It's also called "Limited Representation."
Pamela S. Wynn, LLC offers "limited representation" for people representing themselves in family law actions. I am committed to assisting DIY'ers represent themselves and even offer DIY tips on my DIY Divorce in Florida blog.
But sometimes you need some extra help understanding how to get something done or what terms mean. Maybe the two of you can't seem to settle the case and are headed for trial. You need some help preparing. I offer these services on an hourly basis to Florida pro se family law litigants. I also offer packages of hours that you can break-up however you need to. We can discuss your specific needs and situation and tailor a service plan for you.

DIY services can be by telephone, teleconference, email
or in person at my office in Boynton Beach. You should be prepared to provide the names of both parties so that a "conflict check" can be done, in accordance with my ethical responsibilities to all clients, past, present and future.

Fees for in
person consultation are payable at the time of the appointment and will
not be billed. Other
consultation fees must be paid prior to the appointment.
